A Texas-based financial group has tapped Austin-based St. Croix Capital Advisors to oversee the development, marketing and management of a new, 127,000 square foot office and retail project planned for Bee Cave. It will bring an office condo concept to the area.
Upon completion, the 14-acre development is anticipated to have a market value of more than $50 million.
The project, called Gateway to Falconhead, is located on 14 acres at the southwest corner of RR 620 and Falcon Head Blvd., at the entrance of Falconhead.
The project will break ground on 46,860 square feet of retail space in May, and then 80,000 square feet of office space in the fall. The retail space will be spread out in seven buildings, while the office space will be spread amongst six. The office space will be offered to the market as condos that are available to buy or lease.
St. Croix will oversee the development, as well as the marketing of the retail and office space to prospective tenants and buyers.
