Feb. 15, 2-3:30 p.m. “Teen Murder Mystery Theatre”
Teens are invited to the library for an afternoon of murder, mystery and mayhem! Come hungry and ready to play any part - you may be the murderer or you may solve the crime.

Feb. 20, 6:30-7:30 p.m. “Grow It Yourself: Organic Vegetable Gardening”
Why are tomatoes so challenging to grow? How can I grow organic produce at low cost? Learn the foundations of gardening in our unique and challenging climate and soil from horticulturist Rosina Newton.

Feb. 27, 6:30-7:30 p.m. “Grow It Yourself: Raising Chickens”
Want to learn more about homesteading through raising chickens?  Local expert Linda Wall will cover how to choose the right breed as well as how to house, feed and care for your chickens. She may even bring along one of her feathered friends!

March 1, 2-4:00 p.m.   “Seuss on the Loose Family Fun Day”
Fun for the whole family as we celebrate the 110th birthday of beloved children’s author, Dr. Seuss.  The fun begins at 2:00 p.m. with stories, crafts, and games based on our favorite Seuss books.  Take The Reader’s Oath at 3:00 p.m., and settle in for a rollicking concert with the incomparable Joe McDermott.

March 6, 7-8:00 p.m. “Knitting Club”
Love knitting? Love chatting? Come enjoy a relaxed evening in the library, after hours, with a community of knitters. Bring a project you are working on or start a new one with yarn from the community basket. Held the 1st Thursday of every month.

March 12, 10-12:00 p.m., “eReader 101 @ Your Library”
Need help downloading books from OverDrive on your mobile device? Or want to get started with our new Zinio magazine service? We can help!
