The “One Book, One Community” program is now in its ninth year. Co-sponsored by Bee Cave Public Library, Lake Travis Community Library, and Spicewood Community Library, LAKE TRAVIS READS encourages the community to read from the acclaimed author’s body of work and then meet the author at a special evening event in April.

Today, March 29th, 2016, a bank robbery was reported through Lakeway dispatch at 10:41 a.m. at the Regions Lake Pointe Bank located at 11500 Bee Caves Road. 

Following on from the recent tragic accident that cost the life of an LTHS student, local residents were surprised to see that the traffic lights at the intersection of 71 and Bee Creek Road have been turned on and set up.
