LTHS student dies in 71 wreck

A Lake Travis student has died after a collision at the corner of 71 West and Bee Creek Road on Friday March 11th.
LTHS Junior Savannah Griffiths died from her injuries on Monday the 14th. The car she was traveling in hit an 18 wheeler. The driver had non life threatening injuries. Initial reports ruled out any drink or drugs and negligent driving on anyone's part.
Funeral services in honor of Savannah will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 19 at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints Stake Center located at 5201 Convict Hill Road in Austin.
