Chisos' owner to open coffee bar

Chisos' owner Chad Jones is currently working on the final build out at a new coffee bar, The Bee Cave Coffee Company, in the old "Love Mom" premises in the HCG near the amphitheater. Chad tells us a mid November opening is planned.

Revival's Planned Development rezone package was presented to City Council after being approved by P&Z last week. Owners David and Tara Camp have submitted the prezone, site plan and phase one building plans.

Detailed review of the Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) that the City of Bee cave received this week from Covert reveals some interesting traffic solutions that involve building a light and driveway that would emerage at a newly planned light at the western edge of near neighbor Nitro Swim on 71.
Aussie restaurant closes in Spicewood

The Down Under Deli Eatery (DUDE) near West Cypress Hills in Spicewood on Highway 71 has closed down. It is expected to be replaced by a new TexMex establishment.
