Bee Cave Baking Company’s owner, Kim Rozsa, has been baking gluten free items for the past seventeen years due to the fact that in 1997, Kim's daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. At that time gluten free foods were nearly impossible to find so Kim spent hours in her kitchen learning to bake gluten free bread, hamburger buns, pizza crusts, cakes, cookies and many other gluten free items with a goal that they taste comparable to the non-gluten free foods that all of her daughter’s friends could eat.
