SunPower by Freedom Solar will celebrate the grand opening of its new solar retail design center in the Hill Country Galleria at a festive, family-friendly event on Saturday, July 15. There will be free refreshments, music, kids’ activities, and more. The purpose of the design center is to introduce people to solar energy in a comfortable setting, and to allow them to purchase solar for their business or home then and there. When people bring in their electric bill, Freedom Solar can look up the address on Google Maps and create a solar project specifically designed to meet the business or residential customer’s energy consumption and needs, in line with their building’s structure and budget.
