BCPD in Meth bust behind school

Recently Bee Cave PD made a Meth bust in a house adjacent to Bee Cave Elementary in the 14600 block of Hwy. 71.
Entering with a warrant (based on a tip from an informant in Llano) Bee Cave PD found several baggies of Meth and cash. Based on the proximity to the school the offence was automatically classed as a felony. The suspect arrested (the operation was conducted after school hours to protect the safety of the students) was named as Michael Brandes, 49, who was subsequently freed on $25,000.00 bail.
