Backyard back on

Last week's Bee Cave P&Z meeting recommended the revised plans for both The Backyard and The Terrace developments on Bee Cave Parkway on both sides of 620.
The Backyard side involves a bigger amphitheater, hotel, movie studios/offices and The Terrace includes more studio/offices and up market condos. Some changes and reduction in building height have been made since the original application was rejected.
Both will be considered and voted upon at the December 9th meeting of City Council. The full presntation can be viewed HERE
