"UCR, a leading retail real estate services provider, today announced UCR has been awarded project leasing and management of the retail for Hill Country Galleria, a 1.3 million square foot, Class A lifestyle/mixed-use development in Bee Cave, Texas. Peloton Commercial Real Estate has been awarded the office leasing assignment.
Located at the intersection of Highway 71 and Bee Cave Road just west of Austin, this property is anchored by notable tenants such as Dillard’s, Whole Foods Market, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Other notable tenants include Banana Republic, James Avery Craftsmen, Victoria’s Secret, LOFT, Barnes & Noble, Chicos, White House | Black Market, Schmidt Family Barbecue, Panera Bread, barre3, and milk + honey spa. Hill Country Galleria also includes a 14-screen Cinemark Theatre and an open amphitheater that regularly hosts live entertainment. The 257,000 square feet of Class A office space is home to many corporate headquarters, including American Campus Communities, Summit Hotel Corporation, Wilsonart, and TrueCar. Luxury Apartments Avanti Hills, with 310 multi-family units, is also located on the property.
Hill Country Galleria is still growing; a 200 room luxury hotel is currently under construction, slated to open Spring 2015, and an additional 58,000 square foot Class A office building recently broke ground, bringing the complex's total office square footage to 315,000 square feet at completion.
UCR Urban’s Jack Breard and J. Michael Nagy will lease the center’s retail space and UCR Asset Services’ Scott Weaver and Lori Weisenborn will lead management of the retail assets.
