May elections may prove expensive

None of our bigger neighbors in Travis County (City of Austin, ACC, Travis County, Austin ISD, etc.) will be holding elections in May 2014.
So Bee Cave and Lakeway (who both conduct their City Council elections in May) and LTISD may face fees from Travis County as high as $25,000 each. Lakeway, LTISD and Bee Cave are evaluating conducting joint elections as an alternative.
