71 widening - no underpass

Austin bound drivers have faced nighmare delays on 71 at SW Parkway for the last couple of weeks - and will do so for the next 8-9 months.
The current work is to add continous turn lanes (which will eventually reach to Oak Hill) as well as shoulders and the all important acceleration lane from SW Parkway West onto 71. It does not include a previously announced plan to add an underpass for eastbound traffic turning left onto SW Parkway.
