Vail Divide to connect to HPR by 2022

The City of Bee Cave has completed the deal to annex the entrance to The Homestead from Travis County and to deal with the low water crossing issues.
In exchange Travis County has agreed to build a road to complete the link from Vail Divide and 71 direct to Hamilton Pool Road by May 2022. The delay is claimed to be due to the complexity of the environmental permits required.
