Revival to leave Bee Cave

The team behind Revival have announced their plans to leave Bee Cave and move further west down Hamilton Pool Road opposite the intersection with Crumley Ranch. Their existing property is going up for sale.

Revised Terraces get Council go ahead

The Terraces is a large project on the North side of Bee Cave Parkway to include offices, condos and a restautant complex.
It had raised issues of traffic, height and multi family density. Here is the revised overview plan:
Medical Towers at Bee Cave

Medical Towers at Bee Cave, featuring future tenants Alive and Well wellness center, Lone Star Podiatry and River City Docs is shooting up on 71 near the 620 intersection. The 23,000-square-foot building in Bee Cave is schedule to open in October.

Galleria unveils its new look

Hill Country Galleria, a 1.3-million-square-foot lifestyle center, today announced the unveiling of its multi-million dollar property transformation. The community is invited to celebrate the completion of the property at the Grand Re-Opening Event on Saturday, April 8.
