Lone Star Farmers market moves to HCG

Hill Country Galleria will be the new home to the Lone Star Farmers Market. The Galleria will be hosting the inaugural farmers market on Sunday, June 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Central Plaza’s grassy lawn.

A new Jimmy John’s sandwich shop located at 12800 Galleria Circle is now open.
HCG confirms Salt Grass Steakhouse to replace Mimi's

Hill Country Galleria management has confirmed that Salt Grass Steakhouse will be replacing Mimi's Cafe in the lake side location at the front of the development. It has also been confirmed that they will NOT serve breakfast.
Wild Kitchen + Bar replaces Hill Country Golf & Guitar

Bee Cave City Council has given the go ahead for plans to replace the old Hill Country Golf and Guitar with a new concept called Wild Kitchen + Bar. Opening date has yet to be disclosed.
The restaurant will form the focus of the new venue but the Golf feature and and outdoor music stage will be retained. Local residents remain concerned about noise as the proerty backs on to Falconhead West.

Mimi's Restaurant shuttered

Mimi's Cafe in the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave closed down suddenly on Wednesday April 25th. Members of the Mimi's loyalty club received a sudden e-mail blast offering them a discount at another Austin location. No reason was givne for the closure but it has been confirmed.
