After the operators defaulting on a $160MM loan, Lakeway Regional Medical Center has been sold by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for just $50MM.

Austin goes hands free

Lake Travis area drivers are reminded that the City of Austin is now enforcing a new hands free policy that restricts phone use and texting whilst driving. Drivers may text whilst stopped and may use headsets or bluetooth adapters.
