May Election - no new candidates so far

With the Feb 19th deadline for candidate registration, the City tells us that only the three existing candidates have collected packages and only two of them have registered.
Both Mayor Caroline Murphy and Mayor Pro Tem Bill Goodwin have registered but Tom Matzen has yet to complete the process.
Recent elections have been cancelled as only three people have stood for the three seats vacated every two years. There are no term limits on the Council.
