Last week's Bee Cave P&Z meeting recommended the revised plans for both The Backyard and The Terrace developments on Bee Cave Parkway on both sides of 620.

The Backyard side involves a bigger amphitheater, hotel, movie studios/offices and The Terrace includes more studio/offices and up market condos. Some changes and reduction in building height have been made since the original application was rejected.
