The Lakeway Regional Medical center has announced a significant upswing in development on and around their site.

 

 

Active projects include:

• The Goddard School, a child care and educational development center, opening Jan
• A Marriott Springhill Suites, currently under construction 

• Spectrum Retirement Community with 135 new independent living spaces for seniors 

• Two new retail centers along 620 - in permitting and pre-construction stages

Future projects include: 


• A boutique hotel 

• A credit union 

• Additional medical office space 

• Retail and restaurant sites facing 620
