Hillwood Properties, the developer of Rocky Creek down HPR, have announced that Highland Home swill be finishing off a few remaining homes then pulling out of Rocky Creek.

They will be replaced by UK headquartered Taylor Morrison for phases 3 and 4 of the total 400 home build out. TM are just finishing off building out Ladera in Bee Cave.
