Hudson's on the Bend - on RR 620 - has changed hands. Jeff Blank started the restaurant in 1984 and sold it to chef Billy Caruso and wine expert Chris McFall along with the Mighty Cone food truck.

The restaurant will be closed from April 4th through late August to build a bigger wine cellar and patio. Few other changes are expected to the menu, classes and the Store. Blank will still be involved as a consultant.
