Orangetheory to open on 620

Orangetheory Fitness will open its newest location in the Spring of 2016 in Lakeway. Grand opening festivities include fun, food and giveaways, as well as the kick-off to Orangetheory Fitness’ “6-Week Weight Loss Challenge.” The participants with the highest percent of weight loss (one male and one female) will walk away with $1,250 each.

“Whether you participate in the Challenge or join to experience the best 60-minute workout in the country, you’ll get toned, lose inches and gain energy,” said Ellen Latham, fitness expert and creator of the Orangetheory Fitness workout. “The success of our program speaks for itself when you see our contestants and members. The 6-Week Weight Loss Challenge has become a celebrated aspect of opening our new studio locations, and it’s the perfect way to experience amazing results, with the added bonus of a chance at a cash prize.”

By design, the Orangetheory workout uses heart-rate-monitored interval training and short bursts of exercise to maximize the Orange Effect – which adds extra caloric burn for up to 36 hours after the workout. Participants burn an average of 900 calories per 60-minute class, hailed by the New York Times as an effective new plateau-busting workout.

The new Lakeway Orangetheory Fitness studio is located at 1516 RR 620 S, Ste 100. To learn more about Orangetheory Fitness, enter the Challenge or register as a member, visit www.orangetheoryfitness.com, or call the Lakeway studio directly at  512-430-1323.
