Local developer Chris Milam updated the Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce on his two projects during their January meeting Wednesday night at the Sonesta Hotel.

 

 

Milam is behind the data center/hotel/office complex to be built at the Backyard and for the planned Ethan's View Condos opposite the back of the Galleria.

 

Reports are coming in of a generally pleasant reception but no real news on how or when the two projects will actually be funded. There are also several stages of approval before Bee Cave City Council.

 

Milam has a chequered history as a developer including some high profile litigation in the Las Vegas area.
