Here's the latest from Austin Burrito's Facebook page as they extend their opening hours in the Shops at the Galleria at the Spec's end:

"Many of you may know that we've been opening for lunch these past few days. We're still fine-tuning our processes to be more efficient while timing the food to be finished and fresh just as we're opening the doors. (And with all our different meats having cook times between 9 minutes to 16 hours, that ain't easy.) However, we're now opening before noon with regularity, and are making progress towards opening at 11:00 am without exception. Once we can do that, we'll move out of our soft opening, on to our grand opening, and then set our sights on rolling out our breakfast tacos at 7:00 am."
