Coupled with a significant investment rumored to be north of $15MM the new owners of the Hill Country Galleria have announced that they plan to develop the center of the mall as a dining destination.

 

 

As the new H&M complex down by Dillards drives the relocation of Backwoods, Chiso's and Cafe Blue and adds another "anchor" sized store - will the plan work?

 

Chiso's is actually due to open mid Feb in the old Zinger's facility which could not be much further from the central area.
