"The City of Bee Cave has proclaimed July 5, 2015 as Sonesta day in Bee Cave in honor of the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the Sonesta Hotel Bee Cave.
 

The Sonesta Bee Cave, which is located at the Hill Country Galleria has been under construction for 15 months and has 195 guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space. One of the highlights of the hotel is the hill country inspired roof top space which will be occupied by Meridian 98, an upscale lounge and small plate eatery.
The owners of the new Sonesta Bee Cave are pleased to invite the public to our grand opening and ribbon cutting from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday July 5, 2015 at the hotel which is located on Bee Cave Parkway behind Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Please join use for a tour of our new hotel as well as the grand reveal of our roof top space which we think is the most amazing space in Bee Cave. You can join us for either a champagne or lemonade toast and sample hors d'oeuvre prepared by our own Chef Patrick.

Adrian Overstreet the manager of the ownership group of the hotel said “after 15 months of construction we are thrilled to open our doors to the public and show off our new hill country inspired hotel, especially our roof top space. We believe the new hotel will provide the Bee Cave area with needed hotel rooms as well as meeting and function space.
