The Park at Bee Cave development behind the Baptist Church at 620 and 71 passed unanimously at Bee Cave City Council on October 28th.

Based on a September 2001 settlement agreement, allowed up to 75% impervious cover and to clear up to 70% of the trees on the lot.

The plan shows a mixed retail and restaurant and one fewer driveways on 620 than was allowed by the agreement. In general the density is lower and some of the larger buildings are gone.
