Stratus Properties have confirmed funding is now complete for the new HEB led development on 620 in Lakeway.

According to their site; "The Oaks at Lakeway is a new mixed use development that will serve as the town center in the beautiful hill country community of Lakeway, Texas. Located at the intersection of Ranch Road 620 S and Main Street and anchored by a high-end HEB grocery store, the Oaks will include 175,000 square feet of entertainment, dining and shopping space. Planned according to U.S. Green Building Council LEED guidelines, this project will offer a variety of new services, entertainment and amenities to Lakeway and will also feature parking for golf carts, outdoor plazas, playscapes, open space and pedestrian trails connected throughout the property."
