Revival's Planned Development rezone package was presented to City Council after being approved by P&Z last week. Owners David and Tara Camp have submitted the prezone, site plan and phase one building plans.

 

The rezone was approved at the past council and they will be going for site plan over the coming weeks with the building permits in review. Camp's original slide presentation from February 2013 talks about the church relocation - phase 1 is the actual church reconstruction which will form Revival's new store, some light retail and a restaraunt (Pitchfork Pretty) as well as a market lawn and the primary infrastructure.

 

Phase two will follow phase one and the current site at the front on 71 will be redeveloped.  Camp said "we are pleased with the outcome and barring any major holdups we hope to be ready to open phase 1 by late spring to early summer 2014."
