Although the Hill Country Galleria management got the go ahead for both the already proposed hotel and a second office building (opposite the one almost completed at the "rear" of the development), they failed to get the OK for the new Chili's.

Chili's is planning to move from 620 to a custom building on a pad site at the front of the Galleria opposite St David's ER but before that they need to adjust the red and green awnings to plain green in time for Council's second September meeting.

Construction on the office building is ready to start within 30 days.
