HCG announces new tenant for old Iron Cactus building

After over 3 years of vacancy, the HCG has finally signed a new tenant for the high profile central space formerly occupied by Iron Cactus - who defaulted in their lease in Spring 2016.

The new tenant is the group behind three current versions of The League and Tony C's.

Here is the release:

"Lifestyle and entertainment center Hill Country Galleria is pleased to announce the opening of The League Kitchen & Tavern in early 2020. The restaurant will be located at 13420 Galleria Circle, STE A-128, in front of the Central Plaza, the Galleria’s entertainment green space.

The League’s Hill Country Galleria outpost will offer the same chef-inspired, made-from-scratch menu available at the three existing locations, including “Beginnings” like lobster roll sliders, alongside salads and larger offerings such burgers ground in-house, assorted sandwiches and “Main Attractions” like a 14 oz. Bone-In Ribeye. Guests can also look forward to an extensive bar program and enjoy dining inside of the 5,000 square feet of space or on its expansive patio.

The League Kitchen & Tavern is part of TC4 & Co., an Austin owned and operated restaurant group led by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, who also operate sister restaurant Tony C’s in the Galleria. In addition, TC4 owns and operates two locations of Tony C’s, restaurants serving high quality coal-fired pizza and authentic Italian food, and has announced plans to open two locations of fast-casual concept, Tony C’s Pizza and Beer Garden, coming soon. All together, the new restaurant opening at Hill Country Galleria marks the fourth location of The League Kitchen & Tavern, TC4’s third restaurant to open in 2020 and the groups eighth restaurant overall.
