The Terraces development on the North side of Bee Cave Parkway opposite Dillard's submitted a very complex revised plan and submission to the June 12th City Council Meeting.

 

 

 

The development was also hit with the presentation of a lawyer's letter outlining developer Adrian Overstreet's issues with the revised plan and the continued changes.

 

After consultation with lawyers the Council deferred making a decision.
