Hill Country Galleria management has confirmed that Salt Grass Steakhouse will be replacing Mimi's Cafe in the lake side location at the front of the development. It has also been confirmed that they will NOT serve breakfast.

 

 

"In an effort to continually enhance the customer experience, Hill Country Galleria is excited to welcome Salt Grass Steakhouse into the eclectic tenant mix.

 

The Texas-based steakhouse was selected based on the recommendations and needs of the community and will offer a great family-friendly option for lunch and dinner. Salt Grass Steakhouse will occupy the former Mimi's Café space, and more details about opening will be announced soon.  "
