Plate by Dzintra has opened at the old Gumbo's building on the pond by Best Buy in The Shops. They are slowly ramping up their offerings:

To quote their Press Release - "We're in the middle of hiring and training new people so we're limiting our hours to dinner service, Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5 PM with a bar menu and bar happy hour from 4 PM until 6 PM . We'll be back with a full opening soon with a lunch and brunch service. Our new Gourmet Market will be open early summer."
