Despite strong public opinion against developer Chris Milam's he presented a crowd limiting tactic to skirt the strict requirement for a second entrance/exit for the new Backyard to Bee Cave P&Z this week.

Bee Cave P&Z approved the plan for consideration by the City Council last night (Nov 6).

Council is not expected to back this proposal at its meeting on November 28th but issue have been raised about the lgeality of using traffic volume as a reason to deny permitting.
