The Backyard Partners and Chris Milam specifically are being sued for breaching an agreement to design and build the energy source at the center of the revised backyards huge Data Center complex.

Outlier Energy LLC has filed the suit which adds to the problems faced by the new development - intially conceived as movie studios. The lack of a connection to Highway 71 has already led the City of Bee cave to stop permitting the build out.

The suit alleges disclosure of trade secrets, hiring a competitor and terminated the agreement without justification.
