Water rates could rise 25%

At the 13th June Bee Cave City Council meeting the PUA (Water Authority) reported that  the two Hays County PUA reps have asked for a looping system to connect the 290 and 71 systems to open up more capacity in the Dripping Springs area.

The Council instructed their reps to oppose the move - which would be expected to increase water costs for PUA customers by 25% to pay for the project.
