Despite being OK'd by Bee Cave Planning and Zoning, the Terraces development opposite the Galleria on Bee Cave Parkway is not going to be requesting approval by City Council until April 11th - at the developer's request.

The development conists of condos, town houses and a mix of retail and dining options and is expected to raise significant traffic ocncerns on the already stressed Bee Cave "corridor".
