LTISD is conducting a test of LED lighting at Bee Cave Elementary School. The objective is to save money with a district wide roll out.

The new lamps are slated to save 50% on energy and last 2-3 times longer. They are also slated to improve the lighting quality and have remote controls for the teachers that trigger the lights to turn on at their preferred level as they enter the room.
