Rumors are circulating that Lake Pointe MUD 5 nominee to the WTCPUA Board Larry Fox has stepped down.

It appears that local deveoper James Carpenter will be replacing him - taking to 3 the total number of developers on the Board. The Board is charged with fixing the water allocation issues facing the area.
