Long serving Bee Cave City Councilman Mike Murphy was one of the first members of the Board of the WTCPUA. He has, in the last week, made it known that he will not stand again for one of the seats effectively controlled by the City of Bee Cave.

The WTCPUA remains embattled by customer dissatisfaction - particularly over claims for over billing and poor customer service.
