At around 9 pm of the 15th of September a 2002 Toyota SUV crossed four lanes of traffic and hit another car outside the Bee Cave HEB on 71. The driver was found to be extremely drunk.

50 year old Christine Quinlan's blood alcohol level was measured at 4 times the legal limit. She had been convicted of four prvious drink driving charges and was charged with 3rd degree felony. She was taken to Hospital with a broken arm.
