Local housing development Bella Colinas has been found to have posted sales signage at their Hamilton Pool Road "entrance".

The roadway there was approved as a locked emergacny entrance for Fire department use as part of the permitting of the development in the Bee Cave ETJ and Travis County.

Bee Cave City compliance officials are working on the situation to get the signs removed and the locking system installed.
