We've recieved some more information on the compromise under which the Ash Creek Canyonside development at 71 and Vail Divide was approved by City Council.

The major concern was traffic and the new drive onto Vail Divide - and now the neighborhood services component has been deleted, so has the driveway.

In addtion the lots will be bigger and the homes limited to 1 storey where they border the Primitive Park.
