Bee Cave City Council recently declined to give the go ahead to a new 66 home development at Vail Divide and 71 known as Canyonside.

Developer Scott Morledge was unable to overcome doubts about traffic issues the development could cause, despite claiming the units would primarily be occupied by empty nesters with different traffic patters.
