The TexARTS Cabaret Series presents A Cool Yule, a celebration of the iconic holiday music made famous by Andy William, Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee and current artists such as Sugarland, Brian Setzer, Tony Bennett, Ceelo Green and more!

This swinging revue will make your holidays merry and bright as chanteuse Jane Dean; Natalia Luna (Joseph, Bye, Bye Birdie); Jarret Mallon (Hairspray, Will Rogers Follies); and Broadway's Rudy Roberson (The Lion King, The Life) put their own spin on a wonderland of rousing holiday classics.  They will be joined on stage by TexARTS Broadway Company members Jade Milam and Ruby Doolittle, dancer Cassie Eckerman and Austin vocalist Kayla Belk (Merrily We Roll Along).


This joyous evening is music directed by Susan Finnigan (Austin Critics Table Award nominee) and includes the holiday favorites “The Christmas Song,” “Blue Christmas,” “It’s the Holiday Season,” “Run, Run Rudolph” and many more!  A Cool Yule will remind you how special the holidays - and TexARTS - really are.

 
The performance takes place at the Kam and James Morris Theatre (2300 Lohman's Spur, Austin, TX 78734). Come early for a pre-show happy hour in the TexARTS lounge which offers a full bar.
