Before the Backyard and Terraces movie studio and condo projects started bouncing through Bee Cave's approval process, Chris Milam was involved in the first iteration of the Hill Country Galleria.

Forced into bankruptcy when financing fell through, the Galleria looked set to founder until Adrian Overstreet and his group purchased it for a great price and turned it around.

It now appears that in the same period, Milam was also involved in 2011 in a problem development in Vegas that led to litigation against him. You can read that story HERE.
