Word has reached us that Travis County this afternoon notified Masonwood West’s Engineer (LJA Engineering) that their Master Development Plan Application is incomplete.

This means the application will not proceed and is effectively stalled.

Developer Jim Meredith is meeting local residents at a Town Hall meeting organized by County Commissioner Gerald Daugherty on December 16th at 7pm at Bee Cave City Hall.
