Lakeway Restaurant Hudon's on the Bend was re--opened to much fanfare by a team led by chef Billy Caruso and sommelier Chris McFall of Prime Thyme Restaurant Group barely three months ago.

The shock announcement was made at the close of service on Valentine's Day. Neither their FaceBook page nor local media give any reasons for the news.
