With only a week to go before the filing deadline, it has been confirmed that there will be an election for City Council this May - so far four candidates are standing for three seats.

Candidates seeking relection are:

• Kara King
• Monty Parker
• Marie Lowman

New to the race is Falconhead resident .David Busch. In additon Scott Emley picked up a packet but has not filed according to City Secretary Kaylynn Holloway.
